Fees

We have a strong commitment to providing therapeutic and counselling services. We are passionate to support the community. Our fees reflect our experience, qualifications, and ability to work with and support a range of clients and issues.

What are the fees

Private paying:

Individual Therapy: $200 per hour

Couples Therapy: $250 per hour

Family Therapy: $250 per hour

Group Therapy: $150 per hour per person

NDIS funded:

Susan Shaw Therapy is a registered NDIS provider.

NDIS participants with relevant funding in their plans may be eligible to utilise Capacity Building supports for therapy services at Susan Shaw Therapy.

Fees are based on the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. 

  • 15_621_0118_1_3 Early Childhood Intervention Professional: $193.99 per hour
  • 5_621_0128_1_3 Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training: $193.99 per hour

Non-direct services that result in additional charges include: 

  • Report writing: $193.99 per hour
  • Care Team meetings: $193.99 per hour
  • Provider Travel (time): $97 per hour
  • Provider Travel (non-labour costs): $0.99 per km and other associated costs (e.g. parking, road tolls)

Rebates:

Unfortunately Medicare rebates are not available at this time.

Susan Shaw Therapy plan to pursue Mental Health accreditation in late 2026.

Cancellations and no-shows

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations.  All cancellations less than 48 hours notice incur the full fee. This includes failure to attend your scheduled appointment (no-show).
